How to use this dashboard

  1. Validate your candidate topic in Topic Validator. If it scores below 60, pick a different topic.
  2. Brainstorm 25–30 buyer questions in Buyer Questions using prompts #2–#4 in the Prompts Library.
  3. Build your Cluster Map — 1 pillar + 8–15 clusters. Use prompt #6.
  4. Wire internal linking in Linking Matrix. Every cluster → pillar; pillar → every cluster.
  5. Generate a brief per page in Content Briefs with prompt #7. Write with prompts #8–#12.
  6. Score every page in AEO Scorecard. Anything under 75 needs fixes before publish.
  7. Follow the 90-Day Plan. Don’t start a second hub until the first is working.
  8. After launch, run the monthly audit cycle (Citation, Audit Log, Off-Site, Competitor) and check the Health Dashboard.

Topic Validator

Score a candidate hub topic against the 3-intersection test (Chapter 4 & 10). Anything below 60 — pick a different topic.

Test 1 — Three-intersection test
Score each 1–10. Out of 30.
Test 1 subtotal: 0 / 30
Test 2 — The 8-question gate
Mark how many of your 8 candidate questions could each get a 1,200+ word answer.
Test 2 score: 0 / 10
Test 3 — Disqualifiers (any Yes = hard stop)

Buyer Questions Bank

Capture every question your buyers ask about your hub topic. Use prompts #2–#4 to brainstorm. Then promote the strongest 8–15 to your Cluster Map.

0 questions 0 cluster candidates
# Question Source Intent Volume Difficulty Cluster? Notes

Cluster Map — Master Plan

One row per hub page. Build the entire map before writing. 1 pillar + 8–15 clusters. Use prompt #6 to draft it.

0 pillar 0 clusters 0 published 0 words planned
# Type Working title Target question Primary keyword Intent Target words Status Author Publish date

Internal Linking Matrix

Rows = the page doing the linking. Columns = the destination. Check the box where a body-text link exists.

Goal: every cluster → pillar (within first 200–300 words), pillar → every cluster, plus 2–3 cross-cluster links per page. Bidirectional linking lifts citation 2.7x (Yext 2025).

Page AEO Scorecard

15-point checklist scored per page (0–100). Anything under 75 needs fixes before publish or relaunch.

Entity Density Calculator

Cited passages have ~20% proper-noun density vs 5–8% baseline. Paste a section, count proper nouns, and see the verdict instantly.

Proper nouns include people, companies, products, places, dates, organizations, standards, and named entities like “GPT-5”.

Content Briefs

Fill one of these per page before writing. Generate the first draft with prompt #7, then refine here.

90-Day Build Plan

Don’t start a second hub until at least half your cluster pages are getting some combination of organic traffic and AI citations, and you’ve completed two audit-optimize-measure cycles.

AI Prompts Library

26 copy-paste prompts that do the heavy lifting. Fill in the labeled fields, see the prompt update live, then click Copy Prompt to paste into ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity — anywhere.

How it works: Each prompt has token fields below it. Type your values in the fields and the prompt preview fills in automatically. Some tokens (like Hub Topic and Target Buyer) are SHARED — fill them once and they apply across all 26 prompts.

Global shared tokens

These values apply to every prompt that uses them. Fill them once.
